Changing communication modes in OZII/OZIII cues controllers
If you encounter a communications problem with your camera it might be the controller, Some older cameras requires the controller to be set in old mode in order to operate correctly. Here is the process you need to do to change modes in your controller;
1)make sure everything is off
2)press and hold (pan/tilt button and zoom in button) at the same time.
3)power pcu and controller to establish communication.
4)once you see the cues copy right letterings on your screen release both buttons.
What you are looking for is for a (!) mark or a (.) after the cues copy right , the (!) mark indicates the controller in on NEW MODE, in this mode most newer camera operate (2005 and newer). the (.) mark indicates its in OLD MODE, in this mode most older camera operate (2004 and older).
In order to switch back to previous mode all you have to do is repeat the process.
